June 3, 2011 MAPABA board member Richard D. Choi recently accepted a position with glass container manufacturer Owens-Illinois. Richard will serve as Legal Counsel for O-I at its Perrysburg, Ohio headquarters, where he will advise the company on a broad range of corporate issues, including negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, legal and financial risk management, and coordinating mergers and acquisitions. Richard goes to Owens-Illinois from Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, P.L.C., where he served as a corporate attorney.
